We all love a bit of chocolate here at SuperBreak HQ, and during April is no exception. With Easter and half term break on the horizon, we’ve investigated the best places to feed your chocolate habit, in the UK and beyond!

York

Call us biased, but York is pretty sweet when it comes to chocolate production! The city is home to confectionery brands such as Nestle and Terry’s, and plenty of independent chocolate shops are popping up to carry on the delectable tradition.

Brussels

Arguably the capital of all things confectionery, Brussels is the place to be for all budding chocoholics. As well as tempting chocolatiers on every street corner, Brussels is home to some fantastic chocolate museums and city tours.

Paris

Whisk a loved one away to the romantic city of Paris and tuck into some seriously indulgent chocolate. From truffles to delicate pastries, the French know how to make sweet treats.

Birmingham

Birmingham is home to the one and only Cadbury’s, and visitors can still tuck into as much chocolate as their heart’s desire at the fantastic Cadbury World. The attraction is ideal for a weekend away with the family, just don’t spoil your tea!

London

London is quick becoming one of the most renowned chocolate producers in the world due to its extensive list of successful chocolate boutiques that were born in the UK capital. Take a break from pie & mash and get stuck into some sweet stuff instead!

Zurich

Swiss chocolate is incredibly moreish… and the majority of it is created in Zurich, Switzerland’s cosmopolitan city. Take a trip to this wonderful part of the world and sink your teeth into some creamy Alpine goodness – you won’t be disappointed!
