With only a few weeks to go before the big day it now seems that everyone is looking for a unique way to commemorate the Royal Wedding. Fans of knitting and the Royals can take the opportunity to combine their two passions and create woollen figures of the couple as well as other members of the Royal family from a book published this week. As well as creating the couple in wool there is also the chance to buy plates, mugs and tea towels among other official merchandise.
The wedding will take place on the 29th of April and millions of people are expected to gather outside Westminster Abbey to celebrate and millions more will tune into the big day. The day of the wedding has been marked as a bank holiday which falls just after the Easter weekend giving the UK a very rare double bank holiday with a 3 day working week.
So as the tea parties and street parties begin to make serious progress the only question is how do you plan on watching?
