If the snow is becoming too much and you need something to distract you from the cold mornings and wintery weather then look no further. 2011 sees some of the most popular comedians once again taking to the stage and as the days are getting colder and shorter for 2010 we all need something to look forward to!
Last year Peter Kay announced his Tour That Doesn’t Tour – Tour which due to amazing demand went officially on tour. By the time he is at the O2 on June 6th for 3 nights he will performed all over the UK to sell out audiences. Peter last preformed stand up almost 7 years ago but from the reviews so far you wouldn’t be able to tell he has been away at all.
The Alan Carr tour will land at the O2 on the 5th of November and I am sure he is not going to disappoint. This best-selling Author and Chatty Man will return to his stand up roots with a sequel to his Tooth Fairy 2007 tour with ‘Sexy Beast’. It may be a little over a year away but Alan Carr 2011 is one I am very much looking forward to.
8 out of 10 cats, Jason Manford will also be gracing the stage of the O2 in November. The ‘Off On Tour We go’ show will be the second national tour for this award winning comedian. With a string of live TV performances and a regular captain slot on 8 out of 10 cats, Jason Manford live is sure to be a great night.
It looks like next year is going to be a great year for comedy, who are you looking forward to seeing?
