As March 2013 is officially National Bed Month, we thought we really had to take advantage of this and show off some of our fabulous beds, as well as others from around the world that are just too good to miss. It’s been a hot topic here at SuperbreakTowers over the past week or so, as we’ve all been lucky enough to enjoy some gorgeous beds on our travels. My favourite has to be the giant Queen size bed I stayed in at the Hilton Paris Charles de Gaulle…not only was the bed huge but I could also see the Concorde monument from it! Whether it’s comfort, colour, design or size, you just can’t beat a good bed. Here’s our list of the Top Eight Beds we’ve come across so far. Let us know if you’ve stayed in any of them before!
1. The Hemple, London
Now who doesn’t want a sunken bed surrounded by candles and decked out with crisp Egyptian cotton bed linen? Wow, comes to mind.
Bright, vibrant and just a little bit glamorous, this bed is definitely not one for the low key guest.
Home of X Factor finalists and big spenders alike, this is one of our favourite bedrooms in the world.
A bed surrounded by a sumptuous, satin veil in a Moroccan themed room? Yes please!
Classic, understated and rather grand, this four-poster is perfect for a romantic weekend away.
This bed is one of my particular favourites. I love the vibrant colours against the black background. Very contemporary.
7. Rome Cavalieri, Rome
If opulence is the style you prefer, then this bedroom has got it in abundance. I think I’d feel like royalty whilst staying here!
There are many beautiful images of this hotel, but the view from the bedrooms has to be a highlight.
Have you stayed in any of these? Which hotel has the nicest bed you’ve ever stayed in?
