Entry Mechanics

The #SupeMyBooking upgrade competition is for direct Superbreak customers only. Valid for new bookings only made between 27/01/14 and 09/02/14.

To take part in the competition, entrants must follow @superbreak on Twitter and send us a tweet using the hash tag #SupeMyBooking.

Hash tags posted to the wall of any social media site other than Twitter will not be deemed as a valid entry.

The competition will run from 27/01/14 to 09/02/14.

During this period, customers using the #SupeMyBooking hash tag will be contacted via twitter DM and asked to confirm that they are a Superbreak customer by replying with their booking confirmation number. Once their booking confirmation number is confirmed, they will be entered into the prize draw pool.

Once the competition closes, a random selection of entrants from the prize draw pool will be chosen to have their bookings reviewed by the Superbreak team to check for available upgrades or extras.

Winners chosen to receive an upgrade or extra will be contacted again via twitter and will be provided with details on how to claim their prize.

Use of the #SupeMyBooking hash tag does not guarantee receipt of an upgrade or extra.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Twitter or any other social media service. By taking part in this contest you understand that you are providing your information to Superbreak Mini Holidays and not to Twitter or any other social media service. The information you provide will only be used for the purposes of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties.

This competition is open to UK residents only.

Entrants must be 18 years of age or over. When contacted, the prize winner may be asked to provide proof of age.

Employees connected with this promotion from, Travel Agents, any employees of third party prize suppliers and promotional agencies and their families are excluded from taking part in this competition. Anyone found to be a third party supplier will automatically forfeit the prize and a new winner will be chosen.

The competition will close on the 9th February 2014 at a time decided by the Superbreak social team. The Superbreak social team are under no obligation to announce the exact time the competition will close.

Use of the hash tag #SupeMyBooking will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Entry instructions and prize descriptions form part of these terms and conditions.

The prizes are as stated, non-negotiable, non-transferable, are subject to availability and there is no cash alternative. The promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute prizes of equal or alternative value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. This includes changing the accommodation provided and transport included.

Spending money and additional transport and sustenance costs are not included as part of the competition prize.

Superbreak Mini-Holidays Ltd. accept no liability for the prizes or for any loss or damage arising from their issue. Winners accept prizes at their own risk. We recommend the winner takes out suitable travel insurance to cover their break. This is not included as part of the prize.

Superbreak may wish to use winners’ names for editorial and publicity purposes on the website or associated social media channels. It is a condition of entry to this prize draw that you agree to this use of your name.
