With the wedding of the year just a few days away Royal Wedding fever is at its peak. If you can’t make it down to London to see the event don’t worry with the host of TV programmes that were on over the Easter Weekend and more scheduled to coincide with the couple’s special day you are sure to catch a glimpse of the Royal celebrations wherever you are.
Sunday saw the broadcast of the American made William & Kate: The Movie, charting the ups and downs of William and Kate’s relationship in a retelling that could only be done by the Americans. The made for TV film is released on DVD on the 25th April and will also be shown on Friday the 29th April too.
A worldwide phenomenon Will and Kate – A Royal Engagement, has been sold by the BBC to 32 broadcasters across the globe. While many tourists are descending on a London break to enjoy the wedding plenty are happy to stay at home and enjoy it from the comfort of their sofas.
Many popular programmes are jumping onto the Royal Wedding too with channel four showing a Big Fat Royal Gypsy Wedding and a special edition of Come Dine with Me following four people as they organise their own street parties for the Royal Wedding.
