Guns N' Roses

If you rocked hard at the Leeds and Reading Festivals this weekend, you’ll be happy to hear that you’ve got another chance to see the stars of the show in action this year – as rock legends Guns N’ Roses embark on the UK leg of their world tour!

This legendary band united rockers young and old when they headlined at Leeds and Reading this weekend, but even if you missed the hair-raising performances, the band recently announced additional tour dates coming to London‘s O2 Arena on Wednesday 13th October, Birmingham‘s LG Arena on Sunday 17th and Manchester‘s MEN Arena on Monday 18th October.

The good news doesn’t end there though – whether you’re a fan of Axl and the boys or not, their show at the O2 Arena is just one of many fantastic music events heading to that venue this autumn, and you can book your tickets and hotels together with Superbreak to get a great value trip!

I filled you in on many of the upcoming events at the O2 earlier this month, but with the times changing so fast, I think it’s time for a refresher!

One of the most exciting events coming up next month is Ozzfest, on Saturday 18th September, sure to be of interest to hard rockers, while fans of less heavy sounds won’t want to miss stars like Jean Michel Jarre, Santana and Supertramp, who’ll grace the venue in October.

Even if your tastes are a little more ‘vanilla’, there’s no better place than the O2 to enjoy a huge pop concert, and you’ll find plenty to choose from in the run-up to Christmas – whether you’re more a fan of Peter Andre (playing on 13th December), Scissor Sisters (15th December) or Shakira (20th December). Don’t miss boy band sensation Boyzone either, who’ll be bringing a distinctly Irish flavour to the O2 in March 2011. :)
